Information we collect

We may collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number, billing and delivery details, order and payment records, messages, and any logos, artwork, names or garment details you provide. Our website and email providers may also process basic technical information to operate and secure their services.

How and why we use it

We use your information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, process and deliver orders, take payment and provide support. We normally rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal duties, and our legitimate interests in protecting the business, preventing fraud and handling disputes.

We only send optional marketing where the law allows it. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We only share information where needed with suppliers or decorators working on your order, delivery providers, payment and banking services, website and email hosts, accountants, professional advisers, or public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

International processing

Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we use providers and safeguards intended to meet UK data-protection requirements.

How long we keep it

We normally keep enquiries that do not become orders for up to 12 months. We may keep order records, proofs, artwork and correspondence for up to six years so we can handle reorders, complaints, legal claims and record-keeping duties. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, unless a dispute or legal duty requires longer.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. Email us to make a request. We normally respond within one month.

Cookies

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may use technology that is strictly necessary to deliver and secure the website. If we add non-essential cookies, we will explain them and ask for consent where required.
