Quotes and orders
Website descriptions and examples are general information, not an offer. We will confirm the garments, decoration, quantities, sizes, price, delivery or collection, and estimated timescale in writing. Unless a quote says otherwise, it is valid for 14 days. An order becomes binding only when we accept it in writing and receive any required deposit.
Prices and payment
Your quote will state the total price and any delivery charge. Unless agreed otherwise, a 50% deposit is due when the order is accepted and the balance is due before collection or dispatch. We may pause work if payment is late.
Artwork and approval
You must check names, spelling, colours, sizes, placement and quantities carefully. Production starts only after you approve the final artwork or proof and pay any required deposit. If we reproduce an approved proof correctly, later changes or reprints may be charged. If we make an error, we will put it right.
Customer-supplied designs
You confirm that you have permission to use any logo, image, wording or other material you provide. We may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing or offensive.
Lead times, delivery and collection
Lead times are confirmed for each order and normally begin after the deposit, garment choices and artwork approval are complete. Dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date. Delivery charges and collection or delivery arrangements will appear on the quote. For consumer orders, goods will be delivered within 30 days unless we agree a different period with you.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Because personalised and custom-made goods are produced to your specification, the usual 14-day right to cancel a distance order generally does not apply. Before production begins, we will try to accept a change or cancellation, but we may retain or charge reasonable costs already committed. Statutory cancellation rights still apply to standard, non-personalised items sold to consumers at a distance.
Faults and mistakes
Please inspect the order promptly and contact us with the order details and photographs if anything is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not match the approved specification. We will provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by law. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's statutory rights.
Sizing and natural variation
Sizing can vary between garment brands, so please use the relevant size guide before approving an order. Minor shade, position or finish variations can occur between garments and production runs, but this does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or do not match the agreed specification.
Complaints and law
Email us and we will try to resolve the matter promptly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
